Fastrack usage and perception engagement programme

Over the next three months, the Fastrack team have commissioned Lake to conduct an engagement programme amongst users and non users of the Fastrack service.

A multi mode research approach including on bus self completion questionnaires, Interviewing at bus stops as well as in home in the service’s catchment area.
