Partnered Westminster City Council in the execution of the resident Survey. 2,500 interviews were completed with 125 interviews completed in each of the 20 wards. The questionnaire was 25 minutes in length and we employed stratified random location quota sampling whereby sampling points were randomly selected with probability proportionate to their size (number of adults 16+) within each ward. Our sampling points were based on Census 2011 Output Areas and our final sample was representative in terms of gender, age, working status and affluence (particularly pertinent to Westminster). We have been commissioned to undertake this project for the next two years.
