We know that recently lots of services and activities have moved online. For some people this is convenient and they are confident using these tools for a range of online activities. For others, it can be a challenge; they might not have the confidence to do more online or be worried about security.

We are looking to see how we can move more services and contact online for those who feel comfortable doing this. This will give us more time to support those who have more complex needs or who may be struggling to use online services for whatever reason.

To inform our approach, we would like to understand a bit more about you and your internet access, confidence and use.  Please take the time to complete the survey – All completed surveys should be completed by 31 May 2022 and will be entered into a prize draw, to win one of four iPads. 
Surveys received after the closing date will not be included. The prize draw will take place during Spring 2022 and winners will be notified shortly afterwards.
