For the last three years, we have partnered Ebbsfleet Development Corporation (sponsored by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG)) in the management and delivery of their resident satisfaction survey
 

• Worked with client team to construct a questionnaire to explore what residents think about where they live, their local facilities and services and their health and wellbeing / home life.

• Over 850 interviews completed from a community of 5,000 households. Interviewing conducted via a dual methodology to maximise geographic reach and offer residents flexibility in taking part - via face to face in home interviewing and a parallel online survey.
   

• Each year, we deliver raw data, data tables and a detailed written report.
