BUPA Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Lake is currently administering customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of BUPA in 13 occupational health centres nationwide. Customers to the centres can complete the survey online using an iPAD tablet positioned in the centre foyers (controlled remotely by Lake), or via paper questionnaires which get returned to Lake for processing. The project team co-ordinates the send and return of new questionnaires to and from each centre on a regular basis. Data analysis and tabulations were produced on a monthly and quarterly basis.
