Lake has a dedicated in-house postal department to cater for large scale postal studies managing all printing, dispatch and processing internally. As an ISO20252 accredited company we take our quality standards extremely seriously and therefore conduct random spot checks for print quality.
All postal questionnaires are accompanied by a freepost envelope and we typically provide a Lake freephone contact number for respondents to call should they wish to discuss any element of the survey, together with a free phone number for the Market Research Society if they wish to verify our company.

We use sustainably sourced paper of FSC standard for all our postal studies.

We can also arrange incentives and the management of prize draws including prize draw rules to comply with the latest regulation.
Layout and Design
When required we are happy to make recommendations in regards to the layout and content of the questionnaire. We have found layout to be an important consideration in terms of response rates so employing simple techniques such as quantity of questions per page, visual enhancement, appeasing layout, avoiding respondent confusion and overload helps to maximize response rates.
We are able to design questionnaires in various other languages should this be a requirement.
