General aviation study amongst pilots and mechanics across 5 market sectors - France, UK, Germany, Switzerland and Spain.
The research was part of a European wide study to ascertain the proportion of plane owners that make the decisions when it comes to servicing and changing the tyres on their aircraft and to determine brand awareness and establish key decision makers in servicing activities. A total of 35 interviews with mechanics and 35 interviewers with pilots per market sector was acheived (350 interviews in total) via CATI and online methodology.
