Attitudes to mental health and mental illness
A large scale research study that examined the views and attitudes to mental health and mental illness among adults in Gloucestershire. Just over 2,000 Gloucerstershire residents were interviewed in home using CAPI technology. The interviews were spread over 200 randomly selected starting points to be representative of the adult population of the county. Results were used to better understand what the population think of people with mental illness in the community and to work these results into better and more effective communication from the NHS.
